Heart to Heart Reminder

Hi Monica,

I just wanted to remind you of our next meeting on April 25th and it will be a BIG DEAL as we are celebrating our 6th anniversary of our group by playing bunco together! We will not have our normal meeting format but will have brief introductions at the beginning and instructions on how to play bunco. Please plan on staying late for this event as it may take a while to get through all the rounds especially depending on how many people attend. There will be cash prizes to be won and maybe a few other prizes too. We will be serving a buffet for dinner so plan on buying it or ordering off the menu.

Please don't forget to RSVP and if you already did so, please share the event or invite a friend! Speaking of RSVPs, please make sure that you do as it helps us plan for food and the space. I prefer Meetup as it is the easiest for us to track and update.

Also, my Meetup dues are coming up soon and that means there is an opportunity for you to advertise your business on our Meetup page. You can put your logo, a short tagline and a link to your website on our Meetup page where everyone on Meetup can see your business information! The cost is just $35 for a 6 month run (that is less than $6/month!) and it helps me cover the costs of meetup which are $180/yr. The leftover money is spent on special events like our holiday and anniversary party plus it gives me money to bring in special speakers too. Just a reminder that you have been added to our mailing list because you have attended one of our meetings AND you are NOT a member of our Meetup group. I take all the email registrations from Eventbrite and add them to our mailing list. If you are getting our messages in multiple places and would rather just get it in one, please unsubscribe to the duplicate mailing. I don't want to spam anyone and we make a point of mentioning this at every meeting so I am just trying to be mindful of our rules. :)

EASTSIDE CHAPTER

For our Eastside chapter, we will meet every 1st Thursday at Canyons in Redmond and Kristina McCrady will be leading that group. We will only have the meetings once a month until higher attendance warrants a twice a month format. She will also only have 1 Spotlight Table until attendance supports an additional one. It will be FREE for the first three months starting in March. She also plans on drawing for a free 3-minute commercial (Spotlight tables get 7 minutes and regular commercials are 1.5 minutes) so make sure you attend and get the lowdown on everything she has planned.

MONTHLY ADVENTURE OUTINGS

Kim Pelham has also stepped up to lead a monthly H2H Adventure Outing where we plan to meet and spend $30-40 per person on a fun activity or event. Some ideas that we have been tossing around were karaoke, a mani/pedi day at the spa, wine tasting, solve a puzzle room, etc. Send your ideas of fun activities to do to Kim or let her know if you want to sign up for her mailing list.

VEGAS ENTRY FORMS

I have decided to do away with the paper entry forms so if you want to enter to win the trip to Vegas when you attend one of our meetings, you will need to fill out a short form on my tablet. Please do this when you arrive at the meeting or after our last spotlight presentation.
